I'm in great shape for a 65-year-old man. I'm 6 feet tall, weigh 180, and have a 32-inch waist; I regularly run five and 10k distances. My recent bloodwork is in the optimal range, and my cholesterol is 168. My A1C is 4.5. I feel vibrant and focused and have near-limitless energy.

What's my secret? I'm not sure. I do a lot of things right. I stay active. I eat well — lots of plant-based, nutrient-dense foods, and I run with a younger crowd. I'm into probiotics and gut health, and I drink Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV).

The claims of ACV are still much debated. Many regular product advocates swear by its many health benefits. These range from weight loss to lowered cholesterol, glowing skin, and energy boosting. I figure it can't hurt.
