Mushrooms — one of the most polarizing food types of all time

I personally love mushrooms of all kinds! Well, I should say at least the edible ones that I’m familiar with. Outside of the many grocery store varieties, some of the seasonal, wild types include: Hen of the woods, chicken of the woods, chanterelle, puffball. but my favorite by far is the morel.
